About

Welvan Property Services Ltd are an independently owned and run business established in 2001. Mrs. Ceri Lewis and Mr. Howard Evans, have  between them over 50 years’ experience within the Estate Agency and Rental Business and are proud of the fact they have both been based at and worked out of the current office for over 21 years, taking them through various property markets. This shows their capability to adapt when necessary and their stability within the property industry.

It is always a pleasure when clients come in to our office especially when recommended to us. However, we are also fully aware that not everyone wants to take advantage of a Prime Location Agent whereby they can meet and put a face to the person on the phone, but would rather choose an online agent. So with us being adaptable and independent with the latest technology that ensures our client’s property receives the maximum exposure, Welvan Property Services Ltd are more than happy to discuss clients preferences and tailor a sales package to suit the needs of that individual client.

Ceri and Howard, on a daily basis enjoy working alongside, an experienced, motivated team giving the traditional values, local knowledge and ensuring friendly, professional but above all a complete transparent, no hidden fees, honest service to clients which is expected from an experienced firm of Estate Agents.

Being an independent business we feel it is important to support others in the area by sourcing and utilising local businesses and tradesmen when we can. Welvan Property Services Ltd have also become appointed agents for Macmillan Cancer Support, where we know the cost of a nurse for an hour is £27.00 which can mount up and become unaffordable in some areas, Ceri and Howard have arranged that donations from completed sales stay local and will go towards Cancer Care throughout the Neath and Port Talbot Borough.
