  • Your property displayed in our busy showroom in the centre of Neath, as well as on our user-friendly website.

  • Accompanied viewings with flexible viewing times for prospective tenants.

  • Stringent credit checking and referencing of all prospective tenants to minimise the possibility of selecting the wrong tenant. Finding the right tenant makes life easier for everyone.

  • The preparation and completion of a compliant Occupational Tenancy Contract.

  • Collecting the monthly rent and accounting to the landlord.

  • Dealing with all queries from the tenant.

  • Assistance with legally required certificates, including the Energy Performance Certificate, Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate, EICR and other documentation required to ensure your property remains compliant.

  • Access to tried and tested maintenance contractors who can be relied upon to carry out any required work.

  • An independently owned company with a vested interest in your property. Empty properties are no good to anyone, whether landlord or agent, but it is essential that we place the right tenant in every property.

  • Under the Tenant Find Only Service, the landlord is responsible for the property inventory, property inspections and registering the tenant’s bond. We can provide an inventory for an additional fee. Please refer to the Landlord Fees section.

  • As experienced property management agents, we understand that finding the right property to rent is important to all prospective tenants.

  • To help us find the most suitable property for you, we need to understand your exact requirements. When registering with us, please provide as much information as possible.

  • All tenancy applications are subject to stringent credit checks and full referencing. In certain cases, a guarantor may be required. Please refer to our Tenant Charges section to understand the costs involved when applying to rent a property through us.
