About Us

Although Welvan Property Services was opened in 2001 by joint directors Ceri Lewis and Howard Evans, they had both worked out of the same branch as Estate Agents for 13 years and 16 years respectively, and between them have over 40 years experience within the industry.

Howard and Ceri believe that to provide a high level of personal and professional services to all our clients is essential, and we both like to feel that due to the fact that many clients have come back to us over the years, is a reflection of the service standards they have received from this office.

However the housing market has seen many changes and challenges over the years and none more so than the past two years, where things have been very difficult within the housing market. With us being an independently run business we have had to adapt to these changes opposed to sitting back and waiting for things to pick up.

In May 2009 we have just introduced a new software package for our esate agency and lettings business, as well as a new website both designed to enable us to offer a more professional service to our clients whilst retaining the personal touch that is much needed within this industry.

Having worked hard over the past years to establish ourselves as one of Neath's leading estate agents, our goal for the future is simple;  To provide a personal and professional service to all our clients, that is unrivalled in the local market place, whether their are buying, selling or letting property.
